Ideal

"The first date was a disaster," she said to the interviewer (who had heard the story before and starting chuckling). "Did you really scream and turn to flee?" they probed, grinning from ear to ear. "I totally did," she replied. "Everything you've heard is true." She looked down, embarrassed. "But, over time, I began to see that your "ideal type" is always a composite," she eventually continued, "and this dude, well, he's as close to "made to order" as you can get, am I right?" The interviewer laughed, but Frankenstein laughed harder, holding her hand carefully and giving it a tiny squeeze.
