Stubborn

"I'm too stubborn to give up," Chuck said with a sigh. "Heck, I'd consider it a pleasure just to live to annoy." Larry shook his head. "Your ability to tuck in for the long haul is the stuff of legend," he agreed. "But, to answer your question of what would I do if I was gonna do something, I guess ... ," Chuck pondered aloud, " ... I'd head to Santa Clara wearing a t-shirt that said "Free Ribeye" on it. I'd get my "Lost Boys" on." They laughed together, and then Chuck put a hand on Larry's shoulder; it was time for more coffee and a very kind but direct conversation about why he'd brought it up.
